It's our experience that the last thing our customers want is a high-pressure sales person in their home, especially when they will not leave till they have 'got the order'. Consequently, we at the KJM Group have a 'No Pressure Promise' to guarantee that if we are invited into your home, we will not employ any hard sell tactics and will leave immediately the moment anyone feels uncomfortable. It's the main reason that none of KJM's sales staff are commission based!

We would also like to mention that we do not offer '50% discounts' and 'buy one get one free' offers because our prices are not doubled before we come to your home! With our 'No Pressure Promise' you can be assured in asking KJM for a quotation.

"Very Friendly"

"The installer was very friendly and chirpy, even in the freezing cold (we had snow the night before). He cleared the snow before he started and tidied up well before he left, leaving a very well installed door. He was happy to answer any questions i had and made sure I was happy with the operation of the door before he left (checking I could use the lock etc).

Very happy with the service at KJM, from point of contact, communication regarding our order and the final install. I have already recommended them (and booked) for my fathers new windows."
